Our
Story
We have, between us, years of experience in a variety of roles within the Childcare field.
Working then as Assessors and Trainers for Companies supporting learning and qualifications, we knew we needed to create 'Compass' to echo our values.
Passing on our expertise and passion to our Learners, ensuring they enjoy a positive learning experience.
